Nunca pongas "Open to work" en tu perfil de linkedin. El 80% de las ofertas de trabajo no se publican. Las empresas no buscan alguien para hacer un trabajo, sino alguien que aporte valor real a la empresa. Para ello, mi recomendación es que si no se publican las ofertas buenas, debes contactar directamente con el responsable y ofrecer el valor que puedes ofrecerle. Demuéstrale que estás interesado y que puedes aportar mucho valor. No mandes CV a lo loco. Nadie va a vernir a buscarte asi que sal ahí fuera y empieza a ofrecerte como un profesional que puede resolver un problema a la empresa en la que quieres trabajar.

Ich finde es auch wichtig, dass man ein gewisses Engagement auf LinkedIn zeigt – also z. B. Beiträge des eigenen Unternehmens liket oder auch mal teilt. Whilst its' important to express yourself authentically, always ask yourself "Would I be comfortable with my boss seeing this?" and if it's a no, pass on that for now.
