This partnership, launched on June 24th, also includes global media and wagering distribution rights for TJK racing content. 🏇 Frankie Extends His US Stay! 🇺🇸 Racing’s one-man PR machine, Frankie Dettori, is staying stateside for three more years! His new US visa kicks that much-discussed retirement can down the road for now. Reflecting on his time in the US, Frankie shared, “I got an amazing welcome when I arrived in America. I didn’t know how it would go but everyone has been stupendous. Who knows what the future may bring, but I am really enjoying being here and look forward to continuing to ride here.” Aidan Butler, 1/ST President and Frankie’s longtime friend, added, “Frankie’s not just one of the world’s best jockeys and a lovely guy, but having someone with his personality out here, hooting and hollering and doing his dismounts, I think it’s great for our whole ecosystem. Great to see our man Tim Ryder, 1/ST CONTENT’s VP - Global Strategic Accounts, at Newmarket last week with our good colleagues at The Jockey Club and Racing TV (RMG) to promote one of our recent reciprocal international partnerships between the July Festival and our own upcoming California Crown at Santa Anita this Fall.   Connections of Mill Stream, classy winner of the feature July Cup, have since received a complimentary entry and travel incentives for the California Crown Eddie D. Turf Sprint (Grade 2, $750,000) on Saturday 28th September at Santa Anita.   Mill Stream’s next target is the Prix Maurice de Gheest at Deauville on 4th August, which could set Jane Chapple-Hyam’s speedster up for an unprecedented tilt at a transatlantic sprint double at Santa Anita Park for the California Crown and then the Breeders’ Cup at nearby Del Mar in early November, should the four-year-old continue to thrive on his racing.
