To make sure we keep them coming back, we implemented bi-annual temperature checks to see what we’re doing well and what we can improve upon… and well, the NPS score doesn’t lie. In 2023, the Communication & Media Industries average NPS score was a 29 (Source: QuestionPro), which made it that much sweeter when we closed out our most recent NPS survey with a 72 (read: best of the best).
