Ten (10) years ago to the day, I was trying to navigate a career move after leaving my CPA firm and having a non-compete. I decided I would recruit for a couple years and jump back into IT Audit. Obviously that did not happen and 10 years later, I am still recruiting for my own company, ACCsurance, I have had the good fortune to build from the ground up!
