Today was the last day of our Service Action Academy training and by next week you'll start seeing them out on the field doing a ride-along with our techs before they're out on their own and taking what they learned with Action out onto the field. The Action office was also excited to have their very own Phenomenal Aire installed by the these Action Guys! We can't wait to see what these guys will be doing when they're officially out on the field! Our first 2024 Action Academy has finally finished up their first full install - from the Murrieta Crew to our San Marcos Crew, they were hustling to finish up the last day of their in the field hands on training, taking everything they learned from the Action Academy class and labs into real world residential installs. We've officially got our first Action Academy class of 2024 out on the field for an install job. A part of this class went up to our Murrieta branch to do their first install after all their intense HVAC training at HQ. They've already got the outdoor unit done and they've still got another full day of an install to finish up the indoor and ducting. Keep it up Action Academy! Action Academy is finishing up their second week of training with a lot of hands on lab days. From cutting and building plenum to working on the ins and outs of indoor and outdoor units.
