90% of leaders struggle with giving trust freely because they fear micro-losses. When you trust someone blindly, especially at work, they might make mistakes. If you’re driven by the fear of losing in the short term, you won’t find it that easy to “let go” and let the other person make decisions without micromanaging their every move. But, building trust and giving it freely are both incredibly important parts of the equation when it comes to climbing the ladder in the corporate world or running your own business. It's how you scale and grow. What other traits make great leaders? Your 2c ⤵️ #leadership #careers

This guy is a legend in marketing & entrepreneurship, having revolutionized Apple and Canva. 👇 Guy Kawasaki was recruited by Steve Jobs to work at Apple in the 1980s, where he became a key player in the company's success. His role as Apple's Chief Evangelist saw him leading the charge in marketing the Macintosh, making it a household name and setting the stage for Apple's dominance in the tech industry. Guy didn't stop there. After his impactful tenure at Apple, he went on to lend his expertise to Canva, a graphic design platform, where he once again served as Chief Evangelist. His work at Canva helped democratize design, making powerful design tools accessible to everyone and fostering a massive global user base. In our recent interview, Guy discusses with us: 🔸 Lessons working with Steve Jobs and Early Apple. 🔸 Early Life in Hawaii: The “Ohana” Culture. 🔸 The Importance of Connecting the Dots Backwards. 🔸 Why do some people succeed and others don’t? 🔸 3 Traits to Be Remarkable in Life and Career. 🔸 Canva and the groundbreaking culture. 🔸 Silicon Valley v.s. Rest of the World. 🔸 Design Wars: Figma v.s. Canva v.s. Adobe. 🔸 Life & Career Advice for Younger People What’s more inspiring is how Guy transitioned from tech to entrepreneurship, showing that success comes from passion and a dedication to continuous learning and innovation. You don’t need a tech giant's backing – just a great idea, a passion for what you do, and the willingness to share it with the world. Guy Kawasaki is a prime example of how impactful marketing and storytelling can be. He built communities and turned his insights into successful ventures. Watch the full video below! 🔥⬇️
