🌟Looking back at the AI Song Sessions! 🎶 On Wednesday, 10 July, we hosted the first AI Song Sessions in Zurich, Munich, and online to support our artists for the upcoming AI Song Contest and to educate those interested in testing AI tools just for fun. Our experts Valerio Velardo, CJ Carr and Lua Jungck gave short intros to hacky and non-hacky tools such as Stable Audio (Stability AI), Synplant, Google Magenta, Dance Diffusion. Over 45 participants then had 3 hours to experiment, record, produce and exchange. It’s always great to see how different people use AI for their unique workflows and how really catchy songs about Taylor Swift concerts and acid trips can evolve in such a short time. We look forward to having all these songs in the AI Song Contest - the submission deadline is 31 July. A huge thank you to our experts, participants, and everyone who helped make this event a success: Anouk Braune and Lua for hosting the Zurich edition at Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich, Vsevolod Markov, MBCI, CISA, Marcel A. Velez Vasquez and Berker Banar for taking care of the online space and Rebecca Leger and Florian Kreier for organizing the Munich workshop. Thank you for your time, enthusiasm and creativity! 🙏 Which of the songs will be in the Top 10? That will be announced on 1 September. 🚀🎵 The awesome Zurich photos are by Ralph Rosenbauer, the online session screenshot by Odie Blackmon and the Munich photos by Rebecca Leger #AIMusic #AIWorkshop #MusicTech #Innovation #AI #Collaboration #Networking #AISongContest #Creativity #TechInMusic

🎙 And the winner of the AI Song Contest 2023 iiiis... The AI Song Contest edition 2023 came to an end last Saturday with the Award Show that was broadcasted live on RTVE Play. Each edition is very unique with all the new teams bringing in their very own creativity and inspiration on how they want to co-create with AI. This year was not only the biggest show that we've had so far but also the most challenging. While there are certainly many lessons that we have learned, we saw an incredible resilience and strength in our team! Countless hours and last-minute late night adjustments... but we did it! 🙌 🙌 I would love to express my gratitude to my team at the AI Song Contest: Natasha Mangal, Ryan Groves and John Ashley Burgoyne, the executive producer of this edition Joel Cava, our volunteers Mariana Rodríguez Castañeda, Ony Ratsimbaharison, Hugo Carreira Rial, Andy Barcía and all the other amazing volunteers to prepare this event. And a huuuge thanks to all the participating teams: CJ Carr from Dadabots, HEL9000 by Pedro Sarmento, Auditory Virtual Observatory by Adrián García Riber, DJSwami/Diamond Duggal; Kemi Sulola and Rebel Algorithms, Pamp!, Synthetic Beat Brigade by Handpicked agencies, Ceremony Chadows, Carmel Freeman, Berfoed by Philip Bergström and Agnes Kofoed Christianson and CONGRATULATIONS to team Synthetic Beat Brigades by Dennis Van Leeuwen, Jurriaan Balhuizen, Bram Kniest, Samet Y., Jascha Huisman, Sjoerd van Oosten, Zoë Low and Nicola Balhuizen Hepp for winning the AI Song Contest 2023! 👾 👏 🏆 Photos by Alejo Romero Fontán 🙏
