This position involves managing title packages, processing electronic titles, and coordinating with DMVs nationwide for special circumstances such as adding liens or resolving errors. Responsibilities also include updating SalesForce and DMV documents, reviewing insurance certificates, and collaborating with insurance agents and customers to update policies when necessary. Additionally, the role provides backup support to the Customer Service team and may involve placing insurance policies as needed.
