American Health Plans has announced its partnership with Highmark Health and Pennsylvania long-term care providers to provide institutional special needs plans (ISNPs) in Pennsylvania. The partnership will give over 3,000 residents in 12 Pennsylvania counties the opportunity to benefit from the ISNP’s unique value-based care model. What an amazing day at our Summer Carnival Employee Appreciation Open House and BBQ Lunch at AHC Knoxville! A huge thank you to all our incredible team members who made this event a smashing success. American Health Plans has announced its partnership with Empath Health, the country’s largest not-for-profit hospice and home based care health care organization, to grow American Health Advantage of Florida, an Institutional Special Needs Plans (ISNP) providing Medicare Advantage coverage to the long-term care population in the State of Florida.
