Happy National Ice Cream Month! 🍦 As a trusted partner in the cold chain, Americold works closely with its ice cream and frozen dessert producer customers to ensure ideal conditions for all products while under our care between the point of production to the grocery store. Check out how much ice cream is moved across our global facilities!

Our Murarrie team in Australia held their annual quick service restaurant (QSR) event themed “In Your Boots Day” at their local Hungry Jack's® Pty Ltd fast-food franchise. This is an opportunity for associates to experience a day in the life of the retail customers we service. The team worked through the busy lunch and dinner rushes and experienced front counter and drive-through service, back kitchen food preparation, stocking inventory, and sanitation duties. Excellent work, team!

This summer Americold is sponsoring Feed & Read programs in the Atlanta area in partnership with Feed the Children as part of our commitment to Giving Back in our local community. These programs provide free lunches and books to children during the summer months when school programs are less available. Associates from our headquarters in Atlanta recently volunteered to help unpack and organize the food and books. Great job, team!
