    Recurrent Energy, a subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc., has secured a $103 million deal with Bank of America for its 160 MW North Fork Solar Project near Oklahoma City, which is now operational. The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA) will purchase all the energy generated under a 15-year agreement. Recurrent Energy will continue managing and owning the project. This deal marks Recurrent Energy’s first transfer of tax credits, enabling faster funding. At its peak, the project employed 500 construction workers, with local companies participating. North Fork Solar will contribute approximately $26 million to local services. Recurrent Energy also supported local organizations during the project's development. OMPA General Manager Dave Osburn expressed enthusiasm for the project, noting its importance in diversifying energy sources. Karen Fang of Bank of America highlighted the transaction as part of the bank’s $1.5 trillion sustainable finance commitment.     Primergy Solar  and QUINBROOK INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNER  have announced the successful commercial operation of the Gemini Solar + Storage project in Clark County, Nevada. Gemini delivers clean, affordable power to Las Vegas and surrounding areas. Primergy CEO Ty Daul highlighted the project's groundbreaking scale and financial achievement, emphasizing the team's efforts in overcoming supply chain and inflation challenges through proactive planning and collaboration. Gemini features 1.8 million solar panels capable of generating up to 690MW, which can power around 10 percent of Nevada's peak power demand. The solar arrays are integrated with 380 MW of 4-hour battery storage, providing Nevadans with 1,400 MWh of reliable power post-sundown. T The project has had a significant economic and social impact, creating approximately 1,300 jobs and contributing $463 million to Nevada's economy. During its development, Primergy and Quinbrook secured $1.9 billion in debt and tax equity financing. The project exemplifies holistic and innovative clean energy development, setting a new standard for large-scale solar and storage projects in the US.

    Primoris Services Corporation  has secured multiple project awards valued at approximately $1.2 billion, primarily within its Energy Segment. These awards include nearly $700 million contracted in the second quarter of 2024 and over $500 million in early third quarter of 2024.
