We're pleased to have Fabien Pelous, SVP Customer Experience at Air France, present the session "Shaping Tomorrow: Crafting the Next-Gen Digital Cabin for Enhanced Passenger Experiences" at APEX Global EXPO 2024. Engineer from the French National Civil Aviation School with a Master's Degree from the University of Toulouse, Fabien Pelous joined Air France in 1996. He occupied several positions in the Marketing & Network division: Competitive Environment Analyst, Strategic Planning Senior Analyst, ExCom scorecard manager, and then took on the responsibility of the Business Intelligence Department. He joined the Revenue Management in 2003, in charge of the Revenue Integrity policies and tools worldwide. In 2007, he took on the management of the European Contact Center based in London, servicing Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Delta Air Lines customers in 14 European countries, with 300+ multilingual employees. Fabien Pelous has then been appointed Vice President & General Manager Canada from 2011 to 2014, responsible for the Air France-KLM establishment in Canada, as well as building the Joint Venture sales organization with Delta Airlines and Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A. From 2014 he came back to the customer contact world as AFKL Contact Centers Vice President in charge to define and implement the Group industrial organization for customer contact to achieve 20M€ savings on 200M€. He had the responsibility for the 600+ employees in the 8 AFKL in house centers abroad. From January 2017 he is Senior Vice President Customer Contact for AFKL with mission to define and implement AF-KL customer contact strategy for 20M customers contacts a year, 300M€ budget, 700M€ sales, 4000+ front line employees from in house centers, subsidiaries and providers. He his as well board member of Groupe BlueLink, Air France subsidiary dedicated to customer relationship. In June 2021, Fabien Pelous was appointed SVP Air France Customer Experience, reporting to CEO. He is in charge of defining the current and future customer experience to ensure a successful move upmarket, building more responsible products and services, both on the ground and on board.
