Talking with Joyce Brocaglia was a great experience. This comment stood out to me as especially interesting: "I think it's why we're so good at what we do, because we fill so many jobs in cybersecurity that we understand the nuances and we can talk to people and figure out, are they really the right fit for what this company is looking for?"

I had an insightful conversation with Matthew Sharp. This particular comment caught my attention: "Many people have digital transformation to a move to the cloud. But I think we need to expand the definition of digital transformation in a more robust way."

It was wonderful talking with Carraig Stanwyck. I found this comment particularly intriguing: "Clients care now more than they ever have. But what we have in the cybersecurity industry is a dearth of people who have relationship experience, right? Building relationships, building connections, building a network. "

I really enjoyed chatting with Robert Former. This comment struck a cord: "If you simply come in screaming like Chicken Little saying the sky is falling, the hackers are going to own us, and it's just the worst thing ever, you're never going to accomplish what you're trying to accomplish. You need to be measured. You need to think about what it is you're trying to do and keep in mind the end goal, the long-term goal."

I had an amazing talk with Chris Brown. This comment struck a cord: "They give rise to comments like don't have a seat at the table. People aren't listening to me. I ask for feedback and I don't get it. I'm not sure people understand what my job is. Those are all significant workplace stressors that can be addressed partially through having good conversations with your stakeholders."

I had a great time conversing with Sue Bergamo. I was particularly fascinated by this comment: "You're going to create your roadmap. And, you know, over time, stay true to your roadmap, no matter how you end up prioritizing it, or in some cases right now, deprioritize it. But you have to keep the needle moving forward."

Talking with Joyce Brocaglia was a great experience. This comment stood out to me as especially interesting: "We really delve deep into the culture of the organization, the technical competencies for the role, what will success look like, and how then can we continuously refine the search as we're talking to people to find people that are that good fit."
