What do you know about The Iron Triangle? Here's a breakdown of each element: 🔭Scope: The total work required to deliver a project. It includes all the deliverables and the features or functions of the project. ⏳Time: The amount of time available to complete the project. It includes all project phases and deadlines. 💰Cost: The budget allocated for the project. It covers all expenses, including labor, materials, and other resources. The Iron Triangle illustrates that these three elements are interconnected, and changing one will usually affect the others: Increasing Scope: If you increase the scope of a project, it may take more time and/or higher costs to complete. Reducing Time: If you shorten the project timeline, you might have to reduce the scope or increase costs to meet the deadline. Cutting Costs: Reducing the budget may require reducing the scope of the project or extending the timeline. The idea is to maintain a balance between these constraints to achieve project success.
