It's #EquipmentMonday and today we are showing off a real piece of art! This is a custom stand for two cooling tower systems. This project includes our union style coupons (two per system) and Walchem, Iwaki America Inc. Intuition 9 with dual sets of Conductivity, pH , ORP and Pyxis Lab® Inc. ST500 PTSA. It also features Integrated True Union valves and our rotameters for flow and isolation. The private label engraving really pops and our 4G Modem Millie allows for remote data acquisition and analysis, as well as emailed alarms, without having to tie into the customer network. We designed and welded the custom stainless steel stand to accommodate the customer supplied tanks and pump shelf. Custom work is our specialty. Designed for 3 towers or 2 towers and a closed loop, it's features include Conductivity, flow switch and a two coupon rack on each system, along with true union valves (In and out), Asahi Y-strainer, Rotameter, Backcheck, and sample points.
