I am thrilled to announce that I am now partnering with Archer Venture Capital as a venture scout! I first met George Bell, John Hadl, and Greg Martin in 2019, when we invested in Credit Karma together (and achieved a great outcome!) while I was at Macquarie Capital co-leading growth equity principal investments. Since then, we have continued to build a trusted and fruitful partnership, and I was pleased to recently help Archer increase its stake in impact.com where they have been long-time shareholders. Archer Venture Capital is a growth equity firm primarily focused on direct secondaries often coupled with primary capital for category-leading technology companies. Archer is investing out of its 3rd fund and typically invest $10-$25m per company. Archer's partners have decades of operating experience as founders and CEO's, thereby bringing valuable expertise in addition to liquidity solutions. With a strong base of institutional LP's, the firm is well poised to provide patient and flexible capital to solve even the most complex situations.
