    GTM at Toplyne I ex SAP and Sendoso I Motivated to continue making my dad proud from up above

    Incredibly excited to announce Zoe Tyson joining the Toplyne team as a part-time SDR. This news is more unique than most hiring news on your timeline, IMO. Zoe beat out numerous candidates who have proven SaaS experience -- here's how she did it and why we're thrilled to work alongside her. Curiosity and research ability -- Zoe did a lot of homework on Toplyne and explained our value prop so well. Other candidates said they researched accounts well but failed to prove it via specific examples or understanding Toplyne. Energy and authenticity -- If you get the opportunity to ever meet Zoe, it's filled with good vibes, optimism, and she's very true to herself. Zoe didn't have an "interview mode", she simply showed her personality. Other candidates said answers they were "supposed to say" -- not sure if it was how they really felt. Excitement about the opportunity, crafty touch points and listening skills -- Whether it was the research, simply smiling throughout the conversations or asking thoughtful questions about the role/company, I felt Zoe lean into the process and fit. It was easy to imagine how Zoe would run excellent discovery questions via the questions she asked us. Zoe sent contextualized and customized thank you recaps for each interview. As the process went on, she knew I believed in her and took me up on prepping with meeting Ruchin Kulkarni ツ. Coahability, self starter, articulation of relatable non-tech experience and how it translates to a SaaS SDR, transparency, business acumen etc. Checks all these boxes that are harder to check than someone's fancy logos on a resume. Congrats again Zoe -- thankful for the pipeline you're about to create 😎 and even more thankful for the characteristics above. Ps. Thank you as well to Aspireship for making the intro.     I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Customer Success Manager I, Scale at Braze! Less than two years ago, I made the jump from full-time fitness instructor / personal trainer to SaaS Customer Success (Thanks to Aspireship for the education boost 🚀 ), and what a rewarding learning curve it's been! I owe a never-ending amount of "Thank You's" to my manager, Taylor Gibb, for taking a chance on me and always advocating for me.
