Global economic growth is now projected to reach 2.6%, marking a 0.5% increase from the December Economic Outlook. The US economy has been resilient, driven by robust consumer demand, among other factors. But there are signs that the last “mile” of disinflation could be a challenge, especially in the US where inflation remains stubborn. Meanwhile, the outlook for emerging market economies is on average stronger than in advanced economies, but it remains weak by historical standards. The Toronto broker event was held on Tuesday June 4th. Thank you to everyone involved for making the Atradius Annual Broker Events a success!
