We welcome the tax related changes brought in by the Hon'ble Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the Budget announced today. - Abolishing of the "Angel tax" has been a long pending ask from the ecosystem, it will help founders build fearlessly and angel investors back freely. - The rationalization of LTCG on startup investments - from 20% to 12.5%, at par with other asset classes is also a welcome move.
