For over two years now, David has lent his expertise to the General Marine Accessories and Hardware categories, where he oversees a range of essential products, from cleats to trailer parts. He thrives on the challenge of introducing new products and ensuring that existing ones continue to meet the ever-changing needs of the market. He is also the team lead for incoming custom OEM products. Meet Navico Group Employee, Doug Arnold. As a Supply Chain Buyer/Planner, Doug manages over 20,000 part numbers, from production materials to office supplies and even FCC licenses. He's the go-to guy for anything not on the common purchase list and handles various procurement tasks including direct and indirect purchases. His role at Attwood is multifaceted and challenging, yet he finds enjoyment in the camaraderie with his coworkers and the support of his manager. Doug is a lifelong learner and a family man. He earned his bachelor's degree side by side with his eldest son, sharing the pride of graduation day together. Beyond the office, Doug's adventures take him on the open road, whether it's riding his motorcycle or cruising the backroads in his '69 Chevrolet Corvair convertible. His 10-year-old Maltipoo, sometimes joins him for short rides. With almost 8 years of experience, Clayton leads the Global Demand Planning team, collaborating with departments to understand demand drivers and market conditions to assist in forecasting. His favorite part about working for Navico Group is being a member of a passionate team, that is focused on achieving positive outcomes within the working environment and wider society. Clayton holds two ASCM certifications. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Outside the office, he's an outdoor enthusiast - running, fishing, and golfing are his passions.
