We had an absolute blast slinging four different elixir cocktails at Great Lakes Culinary Institute's annual Taste of Success! This annual event was finally back in person after years of being done in to-go fashion after covid hit. The community support for the Institute is wonderful and it was extra special to be serving up elixir cocktails with the students lending a helping hand. The elixirs has a tremendously positive reception and it's always special to bring an elevated n/a offerings to those who are looking for one in the event space. The view wasn't too shabby either!

In 2020 our research and development began with one goal in mind, create the world’s purest, highest quality non-alcoholic spirit. Three years later we are beyond excited to introduce our handcrafted elixirs into the market. Audacia is reimagining drinking through elevating the art of non-alcoholic spirit offerings. In a booming market, Audacia stands out by not attempting to recreate classic flavors or take shortcuts. Our elixirs are produced without additives, sugar, flavorings, extracts, acids or ingredients in which you could never hope to pronounce. The best part is that unlike a traditional Piña colada experience, these recipes are well balanced in terms of sweetness. Not too sweet and with a hint of bitterness in the finish.
