Business Consulting and Services

Audient Group is a woman-owned professional services firm that specializes in program integrity and antifraud solutions.

About us

At Audient Group, we believe three things are necessary for success: • Listening • Teamwork • Candor The first key to success, listening, is so vital, we built it into our name. Audient is a Latin word whose literal translation is “they will listen.” You need to understand a problem to solve it. And that starts with listening. The second success factor, teamwork, is in our DNA. Audient Group was founded by an Olympian in the sport of rowing, the ultimate team sport. To us, teamwork is synonymous with trust—high performing teams are built on trust. We aim to create a team with our clients. And finally, we believe in radical candor. More gets done when people feel free to speak freely without fear.    We are more than just consultants - we are teammates, dedicated to helping our clients reach the finish line, together.

Meet Sina, CFE, Senior Consultant at Audient Group At Audient Group, Sina Eames serves as a Senior Consultant, playing a pivotal role in supporting Audient Group’s Directors with fraud risk assessments and analyses. Her daily work includes reviewing documents, conducting research, and preparing memos and presentations that uncover and address potential fraud risks for our clients. Sina’s Background and Career Journey Sina's journey to becoming a fraud risk consultant is both inspiring and deeply personal. As the first in her family to attend college, Sina has always been driven by a desire to make a difference—not just in her own life, but as a role model for others in her community. "Being the first in my family to graduate college was about more than just earning a degree. It was about breaking barriers and showing others, like my niece, that education opens doors and leads to a better future," Sina shares. Her discovery of forensic accounting and fraud examination ignited a passion that led her to co-found the student chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) at her university and attain the challenging Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential during the pandemic. A Deep Connection to Audient Group’s Core Values Sina embodies the core value of passion in everything she does. From her dedication to fraud detection to being a role model and trailblazer, Sina’s commitment to making a difference is evident. Her work is not just about personal achievement, but about inspiring others to reach for goals that once seemed out of reach. Making an Impact on Government Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Sina’s work at Audient Group is crucial in helping organizations understand the importance of being prepared for the unexpected. "Many companies don’t realize the value of a strong fraud prevention system until it’s too late. We help them build that system from the ground up, protecting them from risks they didn’t even know existed," she explains. Sina’s focus on making a tangible impact is what drives her every day. Beyond the Desk Outside of work, Sina stays active with Muay Thai, jogging, and diving into video games—her current favorite being *Final Fantasy 14*. She’s also a dedicated animal lover, caring for two rabbits and two gerbils. Join us in celebrating Sina Eames, not only for her professional contributions but also for the inspiring role she plays in her community. Stay tuned for more team spotlights showcasing the diverse and talented individuals who make our work possible.

Meet Zachary Rosenfeld, Director at Audient Group At Audient Group, Zach is responsible for managing and overseeing multiple client engagements, creating new fraud risk management solutions, leading business development, documenting internal policies and procedures, preparing Congressional testimony, and any number of other requirements needed by a fast-growing business. 💼 Zach’s Background and Career Journey Zach has a rich background in public policy and international affairs. He joined Audient Group after working with the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan, where he observed how badly fraud and corruption can damage U.S. strategic interests when left unchecked. With a Master in Public Policy and nearly a decade of experience in the federal government, Zach has been instrumental in bringing a critical perspective to our team. Zach is enthusiastic about how the United States needs to do better about treating fraud and corruption head-on as critical strategic risks, rather than secondary operational risks to be dealt with later. He believes that attacking fraud and corruption head-on is crucial during an emergency, as short-term thinking can compromise long-term interests. 🤝 A Deep Connection to Audient Group’s Core Values Zach sees himself as a key player in shifting perspectives within the government. The core value that resonates most with him is authenticity, as he believes you must always start from a place of truth to yourself and your values when you seek to persuade and bring people along with you. This value serves Zach and Audient Group well as we work to speak truth to power and create authentic change. 💥 Making an Impact on Government Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Zach's work at Audient Group is positively influencing the way government oversight agencies think and operate when it comes to fraud risk. He believes in the slow but steady work necessary to affect a shift in mindset within the government, which is crucial for long-term change in fraud risk management. 🕺 Beyond the Desk Outside of work, Zach is the dedicated dad to a boisterous 3-year-old whose obsession with dinosaurs and Legos eclipses his own hobbies these days. A fun fact about Zach is that he is a skilled ballroom dancer who knows his way around the foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha, rumba, and swing. He also loves board games, with his favorite being "Twilight Struggle," a game set during the Cold War that emphasizes deep strategy and making tradeoffs. He lives by the maxim of continuous learning and growth, both professionally and personally. 🙌 Join us in celebrating Zach Rosenfeld and his contributions to Audient Group. 🔎 Stay tuned for more team spotlights showcasing the diverse and talented individuals who make our work possible. #AudientGroup #TeamSpotlight #FraudRiskManagement #GreatPlaceToWork #EmployeeEngagement

Audient Group, LLC is thrilled to announce our receipt of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. Having a MAS allows the federal government to partner directly with us. Our phenomenal growth over the last 15 months shows how small business consulting is supposed to work: Take a small group of deeply skilled and talented people and deploy them to solve strategic challenges in the federal government. Make sure those people feel valued and supported. Make sure those clients get a top tier experience. #WOSB #federalcontracting

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is on the front lines in the battle to protect children from exploitation and trafficking, contributing their vast data to law enforcement efforts to find and protect missing and exploited children. But this is more than a business issue for LexisNexis. Again this year, LexisNexis Government CEO Haywood Talcove is putting skin (and sweat) in the game to protect vulnerable children. Audient Group, LLC is proud to support LexisNexis’s fundraiser for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. And we are proud to stand alongside LexisNexis in this vital work.

We would like to take a minute to express our gratitude to the companies who we are subcontracting to on our federal work: FI Consulting , A1M Solutions. KPMG and Summit Consulting, LLC. Trying to get started as a small government consulting firm is a tricky endeavor. Too small to access most federal contracts because you haven’t built up the experience necessary to get a coveted GSA Schedule, you rely on others to bring you in as a subcontractor. These four companies gave us a chance to build up the needed experience to compete as a prime contractor (more on that soon). I am forever indebted to these companies and to Sara Ansari Marcus Melton, CIA, CGFM, PMP, RIMS-CRMP Roman Iwachiw and Sarah Cunningham, CGFM, PMP, RIMS-CRMP-FED for helping Audient Group, LLC get our start. #wosb #partnership
