Capstocks are compounds that form a protective outer layer or “cap” in exterior applications like fencing, siding, trim, deck and rail, arbors/pergolas, windows, and doors. To fulfill their role as a surface protector, capstocks have to provide exceptional weatherability, and UV resistance to outlast all that Mother Nature throws its way. Our IR-protecting pigment technology keeps finished surfaces cooler by reducing heat build-up and preventing degradation. Under the AuroraShield™ and AuroraTec™ brands, we offer ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylic), RPVC/ASA, rigid PVC and rigid PVC/acrylic for high durability, easy processing and high weatherability to ensure compounds for capstock protect what’s underneath. Learn more about our capstocks for the building and construction industry, and let us partner with you to create a new material solution: https://lnkd.in/eUwEEuTq #plastics #plasticsindustry
