Ideally you will have experience in the parts sector, however, strong branch management experience from another industry will be considered. Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and occasional Saturdays if required 8am - 12 noon (paid overtime for weekend work) in the Moree area. Career opportunity to work with the auto manufacturer in assisting their dealer networks in the development of their auto parts sales programs. - Qld based role - Make your move to the OEM - Full factory support My client works with some of Australia largest automotive vehicle companies running an automotive parts program, designed to increase the sales of parts through its dealer network to the independent trade. This role will look after the dealer network in Qld. As industry specialists, they have earned a reputation as pioneers in the global automotive industry. The Role This challenging and all encompassing role involves working closely with the automotive dealer networks. The key focus of the position is assisting and coaching the dealers' parts departments and teams to increase the sales of parts to the local independent mechanical repair trade. The successful incumbent will work with strategically identified dealers and be responsible for leading parts sales activities and providing direction to ensure ongoing target achievement whilst also mentoring staff towards increasing profitability. There will be some travel required in this role, but certainly not excessive - perhaps a few nights away from home per month.
