🤔 How can I help my line managers communicate better? This is a question I hear a lot. And it’s been on our mind as internal communicators for YEARS. Now one typical way to tackle this problem is to send your managers on training courses. Train them in the power of plain English, how to clearly structure emails and written content, how to put the important information up front. This can work, for a time. But without baking it into goals or having a system for accountability, managers go back to their old tricks again. It’s like the training never happened. Your managers need more support than this. They need more hand-holding and guidance, not just on a training session once a year but on a regular and ongoing basis. Lucky for us there is a tool that can help with this now. The new AI assistant in Axios HQ helps managers and leaders write, edit and create more effective communication by giving guidance and comms advice in real time. This tech is one of the most interesting internal comms I’ve seen in a while, because it doesn’t just help the comms team communicate better – it also helps your managers communicate better. 📌 Check out Axios HQ and watch a demo for yourself. You might find it can help solve that age-old problem of manager communication. #AxiosHQpartner #ad
