Bespoke Psychiatry is a geriatric mental health practice that cares for patients residing in long term care facilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. We offer in-person psychiatric assessment, and medication management to address a wide range of psychiatric symptoms including: anxiety, depression, psychosis, and cognitive impairments. Our team includes board-certified psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. We are looking to partner with LTC facilities who seek comprehensive psychiatric care for their residents. We are also hiring full time NPs and PAs who are passionate about caring for geriatric patients.
