Meet Sara Roldán Casasola Sara is the Bottling Project Manager for BevZero’s White and Private Label programs in Spain. She began her career with BevZero in 2021 as a laboratory technician, then moved on to the role of environmental manager, and now serves as the Bottling Project Manager. Sara enjoys helping customers realize their ideas for dealcoholized products and bringing them to market. Since joining BevZero, she prefers to drink Albariño or Chardonnay over beer. In her free time, she loves playing paddle (padel), her favorite sport for unwinding, and hiking with her dogs. BevZero participated in the Grupo Riojo Summit this July. Silvia Cedeño and Irem Eren presented an analysis of the key markets and trends for low and no alcohol wines. In addition, dealcoholization in the face of climate changed was discussed and how winemakers can benefit from BevZero’s alcohol adjustment service.
