As the corporate controller, Jake wears many hats, and primarily oversees our financial administration and accounting practices. Great discussion and information on the Trends and Considerations of Adaptive Reuse hosted by AIA Jacksonville and @UF College of Design, Construction and Planning's JaxLab. The presenter Steve Smith of Cooper Carry showcased their work on The Foundry adaptive reuse project which transformed an obsolete 600,000 SF office building into a 520-unit mixed-use residential destination that has catalyzed development in the surrounding neighborhood.
