The Bilzin Sumberg team of Hannah Lidicker and Jim Shindell represented CMC Group, which is led by developer Ugo Colombo. City National Bank of Florida provided the loan and JLL Capital Markets handled the brokerage. “Today’s capital markets are at historically restrictive levels. Securing financing requires some combination of a best-in-class sponsor, a high-performing asset, and real estate market dynamics that are desirable in the eyes of a lender.
