Growing up, the month of August was an interesting time. I couldn’t figure out if I liked it or hated it. I LOVE summer time! I always looked forward to it, and still do! But by August I sometimes felt a little anxious to get back to the routine of school. That was usually the time we went shopping for school supplies and clothes (this was long before the internet and Amazon!). So it was a fun time for a boy to look ahead, but I always remember feeling a little sad that my “freedom” was soon coming to an end. (Of course, as I entered teenagerhood that loss of “freedom” was becoming even more painfully apparent when I was given more chores to do and was also expected to find ways to earn money. But that’s a story for another day.) So my question for everyone is this: what was it like for you during the “dog days of Summer”? Did you look forward to the fall, or did you want to cling to the carefree joys of summer? Add some comments below!

Client expectations in operations management refer to the standards clients expect your business to meet. These include the quality of your products or services, the timeliness of delivery, the clarity of your communication, and the reliability of your operations. Meeting these expectations consistently helps build trust and loyalty with your clients. Clients usually have several key expectations from businesses. They expect products to be of high quality and meet their needs every time. They want quick and effective responses to their inquiries and problems. Clear, transparent, and regular updates are essential. Lastly, clients need to know they can depend on your business to deliver as promised. -------- To learn more, click here to read the full blog: https://buff.ly/3YJUpDd #clientoperations

I love July! Actually, I love the “patriotism season” that, for me, lasts from Memorial Day through July–roughly two months. Here in the United States we recognize those have passed on before us–especially military personnel–on Memorial Day. A few weeks later we celebrate Flag Day. And then, of course, Independence Day on the 4th of July. Here in Utah we celebrate the arrival of pioneers here in the Salt Lake Valley on July 24th. So for almost two months I have several reminders about the freedoms we enjoy. I am grateful for all of those who have served or continue to serve our country. And even though I don’t always agree with politicians on either side of the aisle, I do appreciate their sincere, honest efforts to defend and protect our country, provide freedoms to everyone, and promote the concept “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Enjoy your freedoms, families, and stay safe this summer!
