Background Chef Darius graduated from Lincoln Culinary Institute in 2010. A year prior to graduating, Chef Darius decided to create his own catering/private chef company and started Bon Mangé Cuisine. In 2016 Chef Darius wedded Dr. Wakeena Dickens and together joined forces to co-own the business bringing together his culinary experience, talents and gifts and her business management background.
