Marcia began working at Bosma Enterprises on July 22, 1974. At that time Bosma packaged auto parts and telephone clamps. In a 2013 employee newsletter, Bill Amrine, Director of Industries said in his 21 years at Bosma to his knowledge, Marcia has never called in sick. Kaitie Knuth in Human Resources testifies his statement nearly ten years later. There are very few employees like Marcia, who exemplify commitment and their love to continue to work, rarely taking time off. Marcia is invaluable to Bosma and we are excited to honor her dedicated service.
