ROBOVERSE REPLY WINS AIRA CHALLENGE 2024 Roboverse Reply is the winner of the AIRA Challenge (Advanced Industrial Robotic Applications), an international competition to automate inspection in chemical production facilities by leveraging on robotics technology. The challenge was held during ACHEMA 2024 in Frankfurt am Main, the world's largest trade fair for the process industry. The solution developed by Roboverse Reply using Boston Dynamics agile mobile robot SPOT mastered the challenges that had to be tackled during the competition. These challenges had been identified by a group of companies including four of the world's leading chemical and pharmaceutical companies, BASF, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim and Wacker, which, under the auspices of NAMUR Interessengemeinschaft Automatisierungstechnik der Prozessindustrie e.V., aim to induce new solutions for automating routine tasks in chemical facilities. The goal of the AIRA challenge is to promote the development of innovative ideas and practical applications that solve real-world issues in the industry. For Roboverse Reply this marks the second consecutive victory at the AIRA Challenge. #Robotics #ACHEMA2024 #AIRAchallenge | Roboverse Reply DE Boston Dynamics ACHEMA 2024
