Boston Sword & Tuna is a SQF Certified facility, and today as part of our ongoing commitment to provide the safest, highest quality seafood; we did a deep clean on lobster tank number 1! We clean each tank twice a year, and having two lobster tanks allows us to consolidate inventory keeping the lobsters in their ideal environment while one tank is emptied and cleaned. Tank number 1 will be back up and running tomorrow, then its onto tank number 2!
