It’s National Intern Day! Our intern class of 2024 has spent the summer developing a campaign for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis. Thank you to Faith, Liv, Natalie and Reagan for all their hard work! #NationalInternDay #Interns

We had an action-packed Q2! Highlights include an all-agency pickleball outing, a sky-high photoshoot, snazzy new softball uniforms for the Brighton Blowfish and several work-iversaries. Thanks to all our Brightonians for fostering such an amazing culture. Even though it’s just started, Q3 is shaping up to be just as eventful. Stay tuned!

We recently celebrated our annual Brighton Gives Day, working with two organizations to offer our Brightonians the opportunity to volunteer with the causes they care about most. In the morning, our team partnered with Brightside St. Louis to remove invasive weeds from Carondelet Park. In the afternoon, another group sorted through weeks worth of donations and assembled 200 grocery bags to help feed hundreds of people in the St. Louis region at the JFS St. Louis Food Pantry. This is one of our favorite events, as we love the opportunity to give back to our community. Let us know what nonprofits you think we should work with in the future

The Brighton Summer Intern Program is in full swing! We’re excited to welcome Faith Gruebbeling, Liv Hale, Reagan Smith, and Natalie Tuttle this summer. They’re already up to great work, and we know they’ll continue to shine!

The Brighton Mini-Masters are back, and this year's theme is Back-to-School. The team really nailed it this year, from football tailgates to recess, art class, lunchtime, and even a frat party. Brightonians tested their limits of creativity and put their putt-putt skills to work. However, only one team would earn the right to sign the coveted orange jacket. Congratulations to Team Tailgate on this year’s win!

We've added some new trophies to our collection from this year's regional National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) Best of NAMA Awards, including a best of show! 🏆 Huge thanks to Horizon Ag, NK Seeds, Golden Harvest, Syngenta, Phibro, and Syngenta Vegetables for your partnership on these projects. Next up, the National Competition!

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports a median employee tenure of about 4 years across US companies. However, at Brighton, our average tenure exceeds 7 years. As we kick off the year, we're celebrating some notable anniversaries, including our owner Tina VonderHaar's 20-year journey at the helm and we’re welcoming three new members to the 10-year Brightonian club: Gail LaFata, Marty Sellemeyer, and John Neibling.
