Bryan’s lactation specialists work with mothers after delivery for a successful start to breastfeeding. Last week we also joined the Nebraska Breastfeeding Coalition and Nebraska Governor, Jim Pillen, and declared August as breastfeeding month in Nebraska. This proclamation highlights the benefits of breastfeeding and its positive impact on the families in the state of Nebraska.

Meet our newest Milestone Achiever, Ryden! In early 2024, Ryden embarked on therapy and made remarkable strides, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our therapists and health care professionals. He experienced a substantial boost in mobility and strength thanks to physical therapy, overcoming his back pain. Occupational therapy also led to significant improvements in his diet and overall health. Ryden's vibrant personality continues to shine, making each therapy session a positive and enjoyable experience. Ryan King is a very positive person. You would never guess what he is going through. More than two years ago, Ryan was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer that had spread to his brain. His doctors at the April Sampson Cancer Center have provided exceptional care throughout the ups and downs of his diagnosis.
