Big impacts don’t always need big projects. 7 years after we built Pritzker Children’s Initiative’s (PCI) original website, they were due for a refresh. When we first met RevenueShift, they were still in the early days, when the to-do list seems endless: find an agency, identify your messaging, design a logo, build a site… We partnered with them to navigate this initial stage, focusing first on clearly defining their key messages and value props. Interacting with interesting people doing interesting things has been my own personal growth hack. Three Cities Social has created a very cool opportunity in Chicago to do just that. A few of us attended the grand opening of their new space on Friday, to think it was just an idea when we started working with them a few months ago... super impressive space for an impressive community they've built.

I like how it reframes the value of a negative experience, but I don't totally agree that you're either one or the other. There's something to learn from any experience, and that's why our team does post project reviews and you should too. Behind The Scenes: Here's a snippet on Christopher Boren's response to "What did you like about the project." If anyone is curious, the team designed a large format interactive touchscreen game for a conference. **We learned how important it is to do this after every project, not just the big ones, not just the tough ones. It's a great way to learn why a project was successful and will absolutely improve your delivery experience for your team and your clients.

New launch: The Literary Map of New York State and the Literary Tree (NYS Lit Tree). 🌲📕 NYS Lit Tree is a database spanning over 20 years that includes information about authors, libraries and bookstores from New York City and State.
