Here are some of the report’s relevant numbers regarding the evolution of Bulgaria’s startup ecosystem: 📌 Bulgaria continues to lead the Balkans by expanding the total score gap with its closest ranked regional contender, Romania;  📌 With 3 cities in the global 1,000, with one more ranked city in the Index - Plovdiv - and all of them have improved their positions since last year; 📌 Sofia improves by 2 spots to rank in the 117th position globally, completing a 6-spot climb in two years; 📌 Sofia is now the runner-up in the Balkans, surpassing Athens. #startupindex #startupecosystem #Balkans #Bulgarianstartups

🚀 🥂 Yesterday, we gathered for our summer Community Talks, where we brought together some of our favorite mentors, supporters and alumni all in one place to talk about the future of Bulgarian innovation. 🙏 Beyond anything, we’re grateful to everyone in the community who’s been supporting our efforts to help CEE startups successfully scale to the US market, from the America for Bulgaria Foundation, whose sponsorship and support have been instrumental, to the BIH mentors and alumni. 🎙 We’re happy to have gathered such a diverse panel and to have seen super insightful conversations.
