OUR HOUSE-MADE TECH STACK 🧑💻⚙️ Whether it’s our soups, dressings, or spreads, we’ve always prioritized creating our menu items in-house. Our tech team took this a step further when they custom-built an AI tech stack — designed to improve operations and our guests’ dining experiences. With our founder's tech background, we've always valued great technology, which inspired us to build a tech stack that focuses on efficiency, innovation, and quality. Our AI-driven scheduling has made our processes more effective and has automated inventory and prep. We’ve loved seeing how this has given our team members more time to focus on providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. HOUSE-MADE HAPPINESS 🥗☀️ When we first started in 2004, we set out to create a restaurant that prioritized high-quality food and fast service in ways we weren’t seeing in the industry. Today, across our 77 locations, we continue to work hard to deliver menu items with the freshest ingredients and flavors. 👇 🍅 Premium Ingredients: Our stores receive daily deliveries of fresh produce and ingredients, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavor and nutrition. This farm-to-table approach has shown us that it’s worth it to not cut corners. 🧑🍳 Daily Preparation: Our soups and dressings are crafted in-house from scratch. That’s right, no frozen blocks of soup or bags of dressing. Our team members put in a combined 18 hours of prep before opening each day. 😋 Cravable: From protein-packed bowls, refreshing salads, hearty soups, and flavorful sandwiches, we believe eating right should also taste delicious. #TeamMemberSpotlight - Ashton Allphin has been with Café Zupas for nine amazing years! Beginning as a PM team member, she has since worked her way up to Ownership Partner. Her exemplary leadership has earned her a spot on four trips with Café Zupas - visiting Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, and Africa. Thanks for all you do, Ashton.
