A Grow Your Email List HACK: I recently updated my Calendly settings so that when someone schedules an intro call with me, I added a question -- "Would you like to subscribe to my 9 Things Sunday email?" I've gotten quite a few new subscribers this way (although many people say "no thanks").

New client meeting scheduling is completely automated for me. A few years ago, I got tired of being ghosted after potential client meetings because they were not good fits. It was a waste of time and money. So, I created a system of apps that auto-accepts/rejects potential clients based on their intake form score. The form also filters out clients while they are filling it out based on their answers to questions like "Do you have income outside of Texas?" I also started charging for these meetings because I provide value during them and want to continue to filter out those who don't value a professional's time. So far, I've made about $14,000 from these new client meetings, and I do not regret having fewer of them due to charging for them and being picky. Automation 🤝 Vacation It’s not too late to update your Labor Day weekend availability! Here’s how to automatically put your Calendly meetings on pause for country-specific major holidays: 1️⃣ Select "Availability" from the left-hand navigation panel, click on over to the "Holidays" tab, and choose your country. 2️⃣ Use the On/Off toggle to customize which holidays you would like to be unavailable/available for. 3️⃣ Toggle On (blue) will mark you as unavailable for scheduling on this holiday.
