Do your employees need better phone skills? Help writing clearer emails? Stronger presentations in English or another language? Are they struggling to communicate in video calls with colleagues or customers who speak another language? Is language holding them back from a promotion? For over 20 years, businesses, public agencies, universities, and unions have relied on Capital Region Language Center (CRLC) for Business English and world language instruction to improve employee communication – and their bottom line. CRLC is a certified New York State WBE (Women-Owned Business Enterprise). No cookie cutter classes here! Experienced teachers evaluate each student, customizing a curriculum specific to your goals. We can improve grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking, or focus on one area. With one-on-one and small group classes, we teach on-site at your workplace, via video call or at our school in Colonie. Many organizations offer our classes as part of a benefit package to attract and retain employees. CRLC can also provide translation and virtual interpretation, as well as a corporate training and organizational communication workshops for your full team. Our language classes include: - English (Business & Second Language) - Spanish - Korean - Arabic - Chinese - German - American Sign Language - French - Japanese - Latin - Portuguese We also offer all levels of language classes for children to adults, for travel, school, or cognitive function.
