Our SVP of Strategy, Market Development, and Sustainability Anna Pavlova sat down with Inbound Logistics to discuss how CarbonQuest is advancing the circular CO2 economy through its Sustainable CO2 – CO2 that is captured from hard-to-abate facilities and then liquefied for re-use or sequestration. These efforts are especially impactful for applications such as #industrials, #utilityinfrastructure, and #datacenters. “With some larger installations that currently use heating systems like CHP (combined heat and power) or fuel cells, a carbon capture solution can be one-fifth to one-tenth the cost of electrification.” Read the piece by Karen Kroll: https://bit.ly/3zLKMZS

We were honored recently to discuss the climate benefits of our carbon capture solution with government officials who are at the forefront of the net-zero transition: Governor Jay Inslee, Mayor of the City of Spokane Lisa J Brown and State Senator Joseph Nguyen. The elected officials came to our Spokane manufacturing headquarters on June 21 to see with their own eyes how our carbon capture technology works and to discuss how to scale solutions like ours across the state and the broader Pacific Northwest (PNW). As Mayor Brown said, "CarbonQuest is at the forefront of carbon sequestration technology and is leading the charge in innovative climate solutions. This work is critical in achieving our climate goals and it is exciting to see such groundbreaking efforts happening right here in the Spokane region." Happy #EarthWeek! Check out this morning’s CBS News segment about CarbonQuest! Bradley Blackburn visited our carbon capture system at the Grand Tier in New York City and spoke with our COO Brian Asparro about how our #carboncapture technology captures CO2 from the buildings’ natural gas boiler before it is ever emitted into the air. Bradley also visited Glenwood Mason Supply Company Inc. to see how the Sustainable CO2 ™ is then injected into concrete blocks, where it becomes permanently stored as a rock, supporting more environmentally-friendly construction projects and providing a sustainable material for a green circular economy.
