CareConnectMD is proud and excited to present Dr. Liliane Idylle, DO as its new Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Idylle has years of experience in value-based care, focusing on complex, high-risk patients. As an Internal Medicine physician working at CareMore for almost 10 years as a hospitalist, and SNF’ist, partnering with community primary care doctors to provide wrap-around medicine, she then becomes the Associate Regional Medical Director overseeing the Los Angeles Region. With her expertise, she joins CareConnectMD she joined CareConnectMD in June 2021 as the medical director for the High Needs ACO REACH program (previously referred to as DCE), making CareConnectMD the highest-ranking High-Needs ACO REACH in the country in 2021 out of 6 and the second highest-ranking ACO out of 53 ACO REACH including high needs and standard. In 2022, CareConnectMD is the second highest ranking High Needs ACO REACH program out of 8 and fourth ranking out of 99 ACO REACH. In her own words: “Our mission at CareConnectMD is driven by values of compassion, dedication, and excellence. We strive to be present for our patients and their families at every step of the way, recognizing that our healthcare system is challenging to navigate through. We want to make a difference and change the way healthcare is done. This is what I learned from my mother, a single parent of 4 who escaped the Vietnam War to France. As my mom spoke French fluently, there were always members of the community coming to see her in our house, who needed help filling out paperwork for various social aids. She never asked or accepted money; people would typically give us fruits or dishes as a thank you. That was my mom’s superpower. I did not know then, but watching my mom do this for years as I was growing up has taught me the values of caring and connecting with people.
