🛫 Time for the CareMessage team to head home after a very successful time in Atlanta. Joining the health center movement has been so transformative, and we can’t wait to see how we continue to build together! #CHIexpo24
CareMessage is the largest patient engagement platform for underserved populations in the United States. We envision a world where all people regardless of income or background achieve equitable health outcomes. We power the care for more than 7 million underserved patients at over 300 safety net organizations nationwide who receive timely healthcare information, preventive care reminders, appointment reminders, local resources, and health coaching through interactive voice and text messaging. Founded in 2012 at Stanford University, CareMessage has raised over $25 million from Google.org, William K. Bowes Jr. Foundation, Pershing Square Foundation, Y Combinator, Schmidt Futures, and others to leverage technology to help safety net organizations fulfill the essential needs of underserved populations

Our team had an inspiring, productive time at NACHC #CHIexpo24 meeting with our wonderful customers, partners and health centers committed to health equity.
Day 2 of NACHC’s #CHIexpo24 and we have been INSPIRED! Our CareMessage teams came in full force ready to connect with customers, partners, and health centers who are in this healthy equity fight for the long run. We’re also so humbled to get to learn from visionary leaders like Paloma Hernandez, Kyu Rhee, MD, MPP and countless others who continue to inspire the health center movement. Thank you for the motivation you give us all!

Tremendous thanks to Coach Kathy Kemper and Kelsey Kemper Valentine of the Institute for Education for graciously hosting CareMessage, along with customer and partner organizations focused on improving health equity, at the Congressional Country Club yesterday. CareMessage Chief Strategy Officer Cecilia Corral led a fireside chat focused on the successes of Community of Hope in the DC area. We came away inspired by the knowledge shared, and with renewed drive for our work to champion population health best practices. Thank you to all who joined!
Today, we're meeting with individuals from organizations leading efforts to drive health equity in the Washington, DC region- representatives of federally qualified health centers, advocacy and governmental organizations, and other purpose-driven organizations- to recognize the impact that CareMessage customer Community of Hope has in their community, and engage in a robust discussion on population health best practices. We also have an exciting announcement on how CareMessage and Community of Hope will deepen our work together, in an effort to improve health equity.
