Additionally, we produce specific handling systems equipped with rollers, chains, shutters or carpet depending on the products specific needs. Every project at CASSIOLI is produced from start to finish in our factories and the complete systems of handling or storage are made using only CASSIOLI products. All our products are managed by the necessary IT systems. The internal software DPT creates programs and applications that can control and monitor the Warehouse Management System and the production cycles in every phase. As Solution Provider for industrial automation, CASSIOLI can effectively manage every stage of the design, installation, and post-sales service. Há alguns meses, demos um grande passo na Leroy Merlin com a automação de cargas pesadas por meio da implantação de transelevadores e estações de picking, focados na nossa venda de cerâmicas. Ontem, durante o INTRA-LOG Expo South America, tive a oportunidade de compartilhar ao lado do Fabio Brunacci, da Cassioli Group, não apenas o processo que levou a construção da solução, seus objetivos, mas também os desafios e as lições aprendidas nessa jornada, que já dura esses 5 meses. Implementar um projeto dessa magnitude exigiu um investimento significativo, bem como uma visão de longo prazo. Desde o início, sabíamos que não se tratava apenas de uma mudança tecnológica. O objetivo era causar uma verdadeira transformação cultural. A automação trouxe ganhos relevantes em eficiência e demandou uma reconfiguração completa dos nossos processos e uma preparação cuidadosa das nossas equipes. Estamos felizes, pois já começamos a colher frutos com esse trabalho. O esforço manual foi drasticamente reduzido e a eficiência na movimentação de cargas pesadas aumentou consideravelmente. O que mais nos orgulha é o impacto positivo na jornada dos nossos colaboradores, com treinamentos contínuos e o apoio irrestrito do nosso operador logístico DHL, conseguimos integrar essa nova tecnologia de forma harmoniosa, garantindo segurança e estabilidade nas operações.
