The #Paris2024 Olympics are just around the corner! 🙌 There are so many inspiring women athletes to watch for, not only for their contributions to their sports but as individuals. Today we're sharing a quote by none other than Simone Biles. The gymnast has participated in two games so far and won an astonishing 7 #Olympic medals—including 4 golds. In addition to her accomplishments as an athlete, Simone has spoken out about #MentalHealth. She famously pulled out of the finals at #Tokyo2020 to prioritize her own mental well-being, driving important public conversations. 💡 "It's OK sometimes to even sit out the big competitions to focus on yourself, because it shows how strong of a competitor and person that you really are—rather than just battle through it." - Simone Biles. Let's all take a page from Simone's book. 💜

Want more of #BreakingWithTradition? We have good news! 🙌 Episode 3 is out now, featuring Remington Bennett (former Content Writer and Producer at The Female Quotient).
