CEC is thrilled to announce the promotion of Nikki Bonds-MPA to Director of Workforce. Over the past four years, Nikki has been an integral part of our team, consistently demonstrating a deep commitment to employee engagement and operational excellence. Starting as an Operations Administrative Assistant, she quickly found her niche, bringing her passion for fostering strong, positive relationships within our workforce. Her recent role as Assistant Director of Field Operations allowed her to further hone her skills in agile decision-making, managing complex schedules, and driving impactful results. Nikki’s journey at CEC has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a dedication to supporting our teams in achieving their best. Before joining CEC, Nikki worked 22 years of invaluable experience in healthcare management, where she developed her leadership skills and an understanding of operational efficiency. Her transition to CEC was a natural progression, as her background in leadership and employee engagement made her an excellent fit for our team. Her academic journey is equally impressive, holding a bachelor's degree in psychology from Mid-America Christian University and a master's degree in public administration with an emphasis on leadership, which she completed in 2018. These qualifications reflect her commitment to personal growth and her drive to build and lead dynamic teams. Beyond her professional achievements, Nikki has a rich and varied life story. She spent four rewarding years teaching at the Bamberg Army Base in Germany, an experience that deepened her appreciation for communication, cultural sensitivity, and diverse perspectives. After returning to the U.S., Oklahoma became her home, where she raised her four wonderful children—Kenyon, Courtney, Tred, and Tallorial—and is now a proud grandmother. Though she never expected to call Texas home, after eight years, she has embraced the Lone Star State with open arms, enjoying live music, dancing, and the vibrant culture. Nikki is excited to continue her journey with CEC, bringing her wealth of experience and passion to her new role as Director of Workforce. We are confident that her leadership will continue to drive our organization forward, and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of the CEC team!

With her extensive experience and passion for talent development, Mary is a fantastic addition to our organization. Mary’s impressive career in Talent Acquisition has seen her thrive in three different business models: Agency Staffing, Consulting, and Corporate. She has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, supply chain, consumer product goods, eCommerce, and information technology, contributing her expertise to well-known companies like PepsiCo, Farmer Brothers Coffee, Capgemini, and Chewy. A natural leader, Mary is skilled at guiding high-performing teams and crafting innovative talent strategies that drive operational efficiency. Her commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both customers and candidates shines through in her work. She believes in the power of data-driven results, utilizing relevant metrics and technology to enhance team performance and outcomes. Mary holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. Although she grew up in Iowa, she has embraced the Dallas-Fort Worth area as her home for over 25 years, currently residing in Lancaster. She shares her life with her daughter, Brittany, and two adorable rescue dogs, Java and Nora.
