Center for Change Treatment Programs reposted this
I had my first baby, sweet Beau, on New Year's Eve. During my pregnancy, though, I was hit with many emotions and triggers for my eating disorder. I wrote about my experience for a blogpost for Center for Change Treatment Programs. I believe most people are well-meaning, but I hope this can be a reminder that we never know what people's struggles may be, so even if we see someone pregnant, be careful with the comments and/or actions (like touching their stomachs!). https://lnkd.in/gzjQJ6gx
