Accreditation offers an independent affirmation that our certification program has met accepted standards regarding various elements of a certification program including: ✅Governance structure (protection from undue influence) ✅Testing practices and psychometric analysis (ability to withstand legal challenges) ✅Policies and Procedures (transparency) ✅Ongoing maintenance (continued focus) ✅Ethical practice (integrity of program) ✅Financial sustainability (value for certificants) NCCA is the accrediting body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (formerly the National Organization for Competency Assurance). Since 1977, the NCCA has been accrediting certifying programs based on the highest quality standards in professional certification to ensure the programs adhere to modern standards of practice in the certification industry. CCHI first received NCCA accreditation for the CoreCHI™ certification in 2014. In order to renew this accreditation, CCHI demonstrated compliance with the NCCA’s Standards for the Accreditation of Certification Programs.
