About us
ChemCubed is a collaborative effort of seasoned technical and marketing professionals in the Printing Industry of over 20 years to form a company for strategic materials in the growing additive manufacturing and 3D printing Industry. The objective of the collaboration is to apply single unit customization principles made possible by digital 3-D rendering to broad-spectrum commercial markets, following established “early adopter” paths to market. Combining existing leading-edge piezo technology printing with three-dimensional rendering software enables the production of three-dimensional physical models. As taken as the public is with the promise of physical 3-D rendering, the objects produced seldom possess adequate physical properties for use. ChemCubed’s mission is to harness the promise of 3-D printing with application-specific engineered emulsions conceived specifically for the end use application. Each application combines the most basic value of digital process, wherein each end user requires a personalized and specific output, produced with a common hardware platform and a common chemical emulsion. Variable data is the key ingredient which renders the physical output “user specific". The first commercial solution of ChemCubed is in the aerospace industry, building mechanical and electrical parts specifically for energy efficiency in manufacturing and aircraft components. ChemCubed launched its Research & Development laboratory in the Advanced Energy Center located on the campus of Stony Brook University. Stony Brook is world renowned for its strength in cutting-edge Materials research.

Check out this short interview from our CEO and founder Daniel Slep to learn more about him, the beginning of our company, and some of the unique applications of our materials. Thanks to Funding Stories for giving us the opportunity to share our story!
The discussion centers around Daniel Slep PhD, the founder of ChemCubed, a #nanocomposite R&D manufacturing company. The host appreciates Daniel's participation in sharing insights about his entrepreneurial journey and the innovative work at ChemCubed, which specializes in materials for electronics, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. Daniel reflects on his transition from a long career at Hilord Chemical Corporation to starting ChemCubed nearly a decade ago. He emphasizes the importance of additive manufacturing and sustainability in their operations, highlighting their unique approach to creating materials for various applications, including biotech and IoT devices. The conversation also touches on the decision to grow the company organically rather than seeking venture capital, focusing on maintaining control over the company's vision. Daniel discusses the significance of R&D funding, particularly through grants, as a critical component of ChemCubed's growth strategy, contributing to about 50% of their R&D funding efforts. #IoT #InternetOfThings #SmartHome #WearableTech #IIoT #SmartCities #ConnectedDevices #IoTSecurity #IoTAnalytics #5G #EdgeComputing #IoTDevelopers #IoTSolutions #SmartDevices #IoTTrends #AdvancedManufacturing #SmartManufacturing #Industry40 #AdditiveManufacturing #ManufacturingTech #Automation #Robotics #CNC #LeanManufacturing #ManufacturingInnovation #DigitalTwin #SupplyChain #SmartFactory #3DPrinting #IndustrialAutomation https://lnkd.in/dqjrhxg3
